INITIAL CONVERSATION

We get a brief overview of your project and we relay information about our company, then we send you an NDA if you wish to continue with product development

EVALUATION

We review your proposed items and formulas to identify if we can produce them

PROJECT IS A FIT

If the project is doable, we will contact you to inform you that we can execute it and schedule a follow-up meeting
PROJECT IS NOT A FIT

If the project is not a fit, we will explain why and if possible, refer you to another company

FOLLOW UP MEETING

During the follow up meeting, we will let you know what next steps are for your individual project, then bill you $150 per hour for the development necessary to create bench-top samples. World Wide Gourmet Foods will also provide formulas, raw material documentation, cost analysis, ingredient list, packaging recommendations, and a detailed product specification

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT BEGINS

Ingredients are sourced if not already present and bench-top production is scheduled

INGREDIENT VERIFICATION

Once ingredients start arriving, we evaluate them for quality and set them aside for bench-top production

BENCH-TOP PRODUCTION

Chef Anderson uses your formula or his own to create samples of the project

SAMPLE EVALUATION

Samples are sent to you for evaluation, where you will taste and provide feedback on them

SAMPLES APPROVED

If samples are approved, we’ll set a rough schedule for a pilot test batch for $1,750
SAMPLES NOT APPROVED

If samples are not approved, we’ll take your feedback and return to the bench-top stage of production and produce new samples

PILOT TEST BATCH INGREDIENT ORDERING

After a plant trial is scheduled, we will order more ingredients and bill you for the cost of those ingredients as well as any shipping charges that may apply

PILOT TEST BATCH

Once ingredients are ordered and an eta is scheduled, we will invite you over to our facility in Woodinville to do a pilot test batch which will simulate a standard production cycle of your items
Please note that this phase is strictly for process and manufacturing refinement, so retail-ready samples will not be provided

PILOT TEST BATCH SAMPLE EVALUATION

During the pilot, we’ll evaluate the samples as they come through production to make sure they meet your approval

SAMPLES APPROVED

If samples are approved, we’ll continue to packaging
SAMPLES NOT APPROVED

If samples are not approved, we’ll make adjustments during the pilot and attempt to troubleshoot the issue and return to the pilot stage of production and produce new samples

SAMPLE PACKAGING

Once the pilot is complete, we’ll package your items into bulk
We can pack your product by hand into comparable blank packaging for $0.50 per unit

CLEANING

As a part of our SOP’s, we will charge you a fee of $500 for cleaning after the pilot

NUTRITION PANEL

Any products produced by World Wide Gourmet Foods must have a Nutritional Panel verified by an independent lab. We can recommend Nutrition and Diet Services, which charges $220 for this work
