Using 6 heads to deposit filling or layers into molds or onto prepared baked goods, this depositor can rapidly make layered confections quickly. By keeping the fillings at the desired temperature in order for it to flow properly through the pipes, this piece of equipment experiences less downtime and minimizes transition periods.

Revent Rotating Rack Ovens
Featuring a central rotating point, these ovens are loaded with full racks and provide even heating for scalable production. With belt driven ovens, you can experience a significant degree of waste due to hot spots. Rotating rack ovens prevent that by both using convection fans to circulate the hot air and by rotating the racks as well to prevent hot spots from forming. These ovens are great to set the seasoning on a snack mix and provide a kill step, improving your product’s shelf life and overall food safety.

Baked Goods – Taking a baked good like a cookie or granola bite, and enrobing it in chocolate is a classic treat that people enjoy all around the world. We offer the capability to produce the baked good and enrobe it in chocolate. We have a wide variety of cookies to choose from, as well as granola bites, and we have the capability to take your specific cookie or baked good and make it a reality.
Layered Confections – We can also produce layered confections, where we take a baked good like a graham cracker, then layer caramel or another filling onto it, then enrobe the whole thing in chocolate, similar to how national brand candies are made. Our Layered Confections can feature a wide variety of base baked goods, fillings, and toppings.
