Selmi Auto-Molder

Made in Italy to be the top of the line for shaped chocolate making, the Selmi Auto-Molder takes plastic molds and fills them with either chocolates or confections, then cools them where they be popped out and finished with a layer of chocolate in an enrober. These molds can also feature inclusions depending on the size of the inclusion.

Shippers are typically used by brick and mortar stores to display holiday or products with a limited-time promotion.  In grocery stores, shippers are a good way to move more product as they don’t get lost in the middle of a shelf.

Traditional Chocolate Bars – Featuring premium chocolates and a wide variety of inclusions, we can produce almost any Traditional Chocolate Bar you want to offer. Various sizes and patterns are available for an additional fee based on the cost required to purchase the new molds.

Small Format Chocolate Bars/Tiles – As with the larger bars above, the Small Format Chocolate Bars/Tiles feature premium chocolate and a variety of inclusions. These bars/tiles are smaller and can be a single portion per bar, giving the option of creating assortments out of finished packaged chocolates.

Better for You Chocolates – These chocolates feature a variety of health benefits, from low/no sugar options to functional ingredients like added fiber, protein, or additional superfoods like fruit and seeds. Better for You Chocolates can appear in any size, shape, or pattern available to us through our selection of optional molds, both what we stock and what is available for an additional fee.

Novelty Shapes – These Novelty Shapes offer whimsical forms for your chocolate bars, from holiday shapes like snowflakes, ornaments, and presents, to Valentine hearts, to Easter eggs. These shapes can feature inclusions like nuts, seeds, dried fruit, or crushed candy pieces. Additional shapes are available for an additional fee.
