Double Arm Mixer
Double arm mixers provide more even mixing, which is a necessity for doughs. Providing a high capacity, this mixer allows us to streamline production and results in less downtime for our dough extruder.
FORM
Egan Food SlabForm Duo Bar Line
Featuring two lanes and the capacity to create up to 100 bars per minute. Bar height and width is adjustable as are inclusions. A guillotine cuts the bars to precise widths, leaving them perfectly ready for baking, cooling, and packaging.
BAKE
Revent Rotating Rack Ovens
Featuring a central rotating point, these ovens are loaded with full racks and provide even heating for scalable production. With belt driven ovens, you can experience a significant degree of waste due to hot spots. Rotating rack ovens prevent that by both using convection fans to circulate the hot air and by rotating the racks as well to prevent hot spots from forming. These ovens are great to set the seasoning on a snack mix and provide a kill step, improving your product’s shelf life and overall food safety.
POUCH BAG
Yilong Pouch Bagger with 10 Head Scale
Resealable pouches are used for multiple serving packages as they can be resealed, extending the shelf life of an opened package for the consumer.
PILLOW BAG
Matrix Vertical Form Fill Sealer with 10 Head Scale
Pillow Bags are used as either single serve portions or as inner packages inside product boxes.
FLOW WRAP

BAR/BITE TYPES
Chewy Granola Bars – Our basic cookie size, which can be customized with a wide variety of ingredients and packaged into stand-up pouches or pillow bags. Small Button Cookies are a great way to provide more perceived value over larger format cookies. The customer looks at a small handful of cookies and views them as more quantity than if they look at a larger cookie that is the same weight. These cookies can also feature Better for You ingredients.
Crispy/Crunchy Granola Bars – These are small shortbread cookies that are coated in flavored powdered sugar. Featuring a variety of flavors and combinations, Dusted Shortbread Cookies can have inclusions in the shortbread cookie dough, as well as flavorings in the powdered sugar itself. These cookies can also feature Better for You ingredients.
No-Bake Protein Bars – These are similar to the power bar brand and need no baking after mixing and forming. Featuring specific macro-nutrient targets and custom flavors, these bars are typically used as meal replacements.
