Double Arm Mixer
Double arm mixers provide more even mixing, which is a necessity for doughs and batters. Providing a high capacity, this mixer allows us to streamline production and results in less downtime for our dough extruder and our batter depositor.
DEPOSIT
Hinds Bock Depositor
Batter is deposited into molds, which creates the shape of a donut. This depositor provides precise temperature control as well as precise filling, ensuring that each donut is consistent with the last.
BAKE
Revent Rotating Rack Ovens
Featuring a central rotating point, these ovens are loaded with full racks and provide even heating for scalable production. With belt driven ovens, you can experience a significant degree of waste due to hot spots. Rotating rack ovens prevent that by both using convection fans to circulate the hot air and by rotating the racks as well to prevent hot spots from forming.
ENROBE/GLAZE
SELMI ENROBING LINE
Made in Italy to be the top of the line for chocolate-making, the Selmi TopEx Enrober perfectly tempers chocolate and pours it into a perfect curtain through which baked goods and confections can be enrobed. For donuts, the enrober is changed over to a frosting/glaze and covers the donuts completely.
POUCH BAG

Resealable pouches are used for multiple serving packages as they can be resealed, extending the shelf life of an opened package for the consumer.
PILLOW BAG
